Very nice place, in truly there is two Maison rouge, a bistrot/cafe and a restaurant, we stayed in the bistrot. The staff was kind. The food was perfect. My friend ask boeuf with fries, and black pepper sauce. The boeuf was amazing. I ate fettuccine a la carbonara, I like a lot when it is made with cream, but the more puritans will said that isn't a tradicional recipe.

Very good service. We had the escargots and the lamb shank ratatouille. They were pretty good. Bacon cheeseburger was big.

There's a lot of restaurants around this area. The night before, we went to an excellent restaurant. We figure we try something different and this restaurant was really closed to our hotel. Unfortunately, it wasn't as good. Not even close.
We wanted a ribeye steak. They only have one steak left so I had to order the caramelized pork. Luckily for me, the pork tasted better than the steak. It wasn't even a ribeye cut. It was a NY steak that wasn't tender at all. It was cooked more medium than medium rare. The mushroom linguine was okay. What's really disappointing is the kid menu steak. It wasn't. It was really a hamburger patty served with fries. They should have said a hamburger patty instead of calling it a steak. The creme brûlée was excellent.
The service was excellent. The waiter spoke good English and was quite helpful.
There are green light dishes for Thinsulin fans. Overall, I would not come back here. The food was just average. -

Oh my gosh, this place is ahhmazing!! Right across from our hotel. Day 1 they had an advertisement board for happy hour, my sleepy crew was weary from traveling so I ventured out by myself. Wanting to stay close I found myself here enjoying a wonderful glass of red wine for 6E. It was a beautiful day, and my drink and bar snack al fresco was very enjoyable. So much that I brought my family here the next night for an amazing dinner. My husband ordered the beef bourguinion (Sp?).. he sis fit was excellent, and had plenty left to take home. My dad and I shred the beef carbonara, again excellent! Service was excellent as well, ambience added to our dining experience.

This was a pretty meh spot for breakfast. They had a prix-fixe deal with juice, coffee, and pastries, and it was one of the few places with any patrons around 10:30, so it fit the bill, but it was a bit of a tourist trap.
Food quality was not great for the price; the croissant was decent but the bread seemed stale. The espresso and hot chocolate were fine. I'm not big on juice so decided to get the lemon-- it was literally lemon juice, like, pure and undiluted with seeds and all. Would anyone seriously drink this?
One of the things that really turned me off was that the waitress had serious attitude; before she even seated us she was all rolled eyes and impatient breathing. Calm down, girl!
It was nice to sit out in the square but otherwise you can skip this.
